3. Refund & Return Policy

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the customized and consumable nature of labels, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-printed labels
  • Opened or used ready-made labels
  • Bulk or wholesale orders

Eligible Refunds or Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:

  • An incorrect product was delivered
  • The manufacturing defect is confirmed
  • The order arrived damaged

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method

4. Shipping Policy

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary
  • SAQ Labels is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or force majeure
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

5. Label Compliance Disclaimer

While we provide FDA-compliant label materials, the final responsibility for legal compliance (nutrition facts, ingredients, barcodes, and regulatory text) lies with the customer.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, images, and text are the intellectual property of SAQ Labels and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

SAQ Labels shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Business losses due to the misuse of labels
  • Errors caused by incorrect customer-provided data
